LUX Medical Center offers COURTESY door-to-doctor transportation services. If you’re an older adult with disabilities or impairments that prevent you from driving to our medical center for care, you don’t have to miss another doctor’s appointment ever again.

Our COURTESY mobile transportation team can drive to your house and pick you up for your next doctor’s appointment. Just schedule an appointment with our staff members via a telephone call and request a driver to pick you up. About 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, our van will arrive at your house to take you to our medical care center.

2. Ask About Availability: Inquire about their transportation services, particularly if you have difficulty driving due to age, disability, or other impairments.
3. Schedule Your Ride: If services are offered, schedule your pickup by calling the facility and requesting a driver for your appointment.
4. Confirm Details: Be sure to confirm the pickup time, the driver’s assistance capabilities, and any other requirements before your appointment.
